Carol Gregg, Director
Gregg's relatively recent advancement to the position of director of Care & Share may be seen as a capstone to a varied career and myriad life experience. She says, "In one recent day, I called on my background in administration and business, I had numbers of opportunities to practice social work and I used my knowledge of plumbing and mechanical contracting! A familiarity with retail sales and marketing and food service also came to play. Such variety in an atmosphere of compassion, joy and hope makes Care & Share a jewel of a place to be."
Sister Karen Violette, Assistant Director
Sister Karen Violette is the 15 th of 16 children born to Mr. & Mrs. Frank Violette of Red Lake Falls , MN . Having been born into a large family she learned what it meant to share, be satisfied with what she had, and to share the work of the house and farm. All of this has helped her in the ministry at Care & Share. Once, she asked Sister Justina, Care & Share Founder, "how do you do it all and keep up your spirits?" Her reply was, "oh you would love it here." Little did she know that someday she would be serving at Care & Share and loving it. Sister Karen has a passion for her work and prays that God will bless her with good health for a long time so that she is able to continue in this ministry.
